01

01 / DISCOVER

Start with your venue's goals

Describe what you want to add for players, such as highlights or easier clip access through booking data. Share an overview of your venue and current workflows with the team.

Clear goals make it easier to discuss what a successful service should look like. You don't need to settle on equipment before surveying the site.

02

02 / SURVEY

Let the actual site lead the way

Prepare information on space, lighting, power, network and your booking system. CapCourt offers site surveys and suitability assessments to propose an installation approach.

Include conditions during real venue use. List any requirements you're unsure about so you can check them with the team before purchasing equipment or changing the space.

03

03 / PARTNER

Discuss investment and service scope

Consider venue-funded installation, 50:50 co-investment or CapCourt-funded installation. Separate investment, platform fees, revenue sharing and each party's responsibilities.

AI Highlights is the core feature. Score Tracking is in Beta and Game Analytics is under development. Confirm the scope offered to your venue before agreeing.

04

04 / OPERATE

Plan the player and staff journey

Agree where customers will discover the service, how they access clips and whom front-desk staff contact with questions. Connections to existing systems depend on their API capabilities.

Prepare explanations that staff can use consistently. Try the journey from booking to after the game within the service scope agreed with the team.

05

05 / IMPROVE

Learn from real questions

After launch, collect frequent player questions and anything staff have to explain repeatedly. Use these to improve venue information and service steps.

Separate observations from expectations. Revenue and visibility outcomes need your venue's own data; a promotional page is not a guarantee.
